Anyone here work IB or finance in general in New Zealand?

Hey, I hope this is the right to place. The finance industry in NZ is pretty damn small so just hoping to find some whi works in it.
Anyway, I just have a few questions to ask about the industry here in NZ, so if anyone could help that would be great.
