I was asked about how to get to equity value from enterprise value? And I don't know why... But it didn't register. I guess I was tired and nervous but I missed such an obvious question. Do you think this qualifies for auto ding? For an EB summer spot
I know enterprise value is equity value + net debt, but the way he said it confused me.
I said divide by fully diluted shares... I was thinking about going from equity value to price. I thought I nailed it until. Worth a clarification email?
