SEO Summer 2016

Hey guys,
I know a few people probably had their second interview by now, and when I was looking at the calendar, some are even being scheduled for December. The first skype screening, at least in my case, was a very basic why banking, what is a multiple, what are the 3 valuation methods, etc.. type of screening. I was wondering what the second interview entails and if anyone has done it.
