What to do to break into IB?

I am getting one offer as a KYC/AML onboarding analyst from a BB and another offer as a risk consulting associate in a big 4 consulting side. I don't know which one would help me more to get a better MBA program and land to an IB position.

A little about myself: I am 22. Graduated from a non-target state university in the US with a BS degree in Econ, 3.8 GPA. I had couple of not-really-relevant summer internship with some Asian commercial banks. I worked for a local boutique private equity firm in the US after graduation for a year and left a month ago because my Visa expired and I didn't get the H1B lottery.

I am now back to my home country and I got these two offers. I applied for the KYC analyst mainly for the big name but now I don't know how valuable this experience would be. I am so afraid that I can never get into the IB side once I start to work in KYC field. I found many KYC analysts exist to the compliance department but I don't really have any interest in legal/compliance job. I just want to go to a good MBA program and break into IB after that. Should I turn down the BB offer? Does the big 4 risk consulting job have a better opportunity to land to IB in the future?

Really appreciate your advice!!!
