Hey Wall Street oasis, I've known about your guys' site for like 5-6 years but this is my first time posting and making a serious thread. Basically I want to be a banker, I want to get through business school ( a good one ) and get a job as an associate or analyst for a big bank like JPMorgan Or Goldman Sachs and than eventually work my way up to Investment banker or manager and make 300k or 400k or even 500k a year when everything's said and done. I've always had a passion for business and finance and not just for the month ( even though there's lots of it in banking ) but because I enjoy business and investing and want to truly make a difference in the world and help people. I currently go to a local state university for international business studies, I had some real rough times when I was young and didn't have the best grades or extracurriculars or didn't get involved in my future and education when I was little and a teenager. I went through very serious depression and had a lot going on in my personal and family life. I barely graduated high school and than took a break for like 2 years so I'm a little behind in education and schooling. Please Wall Street oasis help me out here what do I need to do to get through state university and get into a top business school than graduate top of my class and go straight to working for a big bank and making it a lifelong career and staying there for 30 years. I'm working to work my butt off and give up all my time and personal and social life for it. I'm fairly good at math and analytical stuff, please help me out here I really want to get into investment banking and maybe even management or corporate one day. Thank you for ur time and I am 100% serious this is not a troll post. I have a fair amount and decent understanding of business and finance and economics and investing. Thank you and Godspeed
