All together would be around 650 USD if you buy online. I'll sell my access for 280 USD only, plus you'll get for free Real Estate Modeling Course (which alone costs 347 USD).
I think those are great materials and helped me immensely to secure internship in IB boutique, but for now I got everything that is possible from there and would rather sell the access to some aspiring investment banker.
