Treasury BB Salaray and Career Paths

Hi all,
I'm heading into Treasury as a SA for a BB in London. Haven't seen much about Treasury on here (specifically Treasury in an Investment Bank). I selected Capital Market Execution as my preferred desk within Treasury for the summer interenship. Just wondering if anyone knows what the typical base salary is for a Full time Treasury analyst and the potential career paths/ typical exit opportunities that can be expected. Interested to know what the more 'glamorous' (high paid) routes could be.
