Hi guys, I am not 100% if this forum section is the most appropriate for this topic but since it is investment banking related, let me start.
So, I am 19, just finished my freshman year and got an internship at the investment bank (already 3rd internship of mine, previous were not investment banking related and I havent really faced the problem I am about to tell you) and the problem is that I tend to be over-attentive to details when I have more than enough time. I check everything that I've done 3 times, sometimes find myself starring at some chart or whatever it is with no idea on my mind. The funny thing is that when time is really limited, I get everything done in a perfect way with no double-checkings. Why I am concerned about it, is because I feel like I am wasting time when the situation is not really highly demanding (I know I would get it done quickly under different circumstances).
Has anyone ever had same experiences? What would be your advise?
