Is full time analyst recruiting for students heading into their final year structured?
I hear it's basically done by August. Can anyone that has done full-time recruiting recently confirm? Do banks not come on campus? (I go to a semi target for Houston)
I didn't intern with a bank but am trying to prepare for recruiting. Thanks!
