Hey guys,
I'll be attending a networking event at a BB IB in the next few days, and the event is for our school only (non-target). The bankers there will only be alumni, but as most other networking events, there will probably be way more students than bankers.
My question for you guys is, how do you make a good impression at these events? I'm somewhat familiar with some of the people that will be there, so it'll be a catch-up between me and them. But for the bankers I don't know, what should be my goal at the event? Get my name in front of them, ask a couple of solid questions, and follow up after?
Would love to hear any tips you guys have on succeeding at school-specific networking events. Thanks.
