Super days are very stressful life events. You meet 8-12 people through what seems like a speed dating process, and then you are left alone in the street with a helpless feeling "Did they like me?"
But what's worse than this feeling is when you are asked the same fit question over again during the same superday by 5 different groups of interviewers.
So my question is, if your interviewers during your superday keep asking you the same fit question (for ex, is there a time you took on a leadership role or initiative?), how many different stories of a leadership role do you need to have prepared?
