Tips to Senior Management:
- Applying the regional rule of no deals below a certain size does not work for Aust: there are insufficient deals of that size and BAML does not have the bankers to get those top deals.
- Better allocate junior resources: having the same teams who are always working longer hours builds resentment.
- Get rid of the underperforming senior bankers: they set the tone for the juniors to be lazy.

Happiness (Pros):
- Genuinely a very good, collegiate culture amongst the juniors in IBK.
- Friendly and less douche-y than other banks.
- Low staff turnover, but more because of lack of deals hence nobody got poached.
