What were the most difficult or unexpected interview questions asked?:
Asked to talk about some of the recent deals the company has done and my thoughts on them. Asked the typical valuation methods and multiples used and why most FIG companies can't be valued with a traditional DCF. The questions really vary in difficulty depending on who is being interviewed. Make sure to prepare questions to ask because that was a big portion of the interview. Very straight forward questions; nothing too technical. More of behavior based interview so definitely keep composure throughout.

How did you answer each of these questions (please be specific)?:
There isn't much information on the company out there so it isn't too difficult to figure out what you should know when going in. Their website has breakdowns of recent deals that they've done so reading a few of those is an easy way to get familiar with the type of business they do. As far as valuation methods is concerned, no need to memorize the formula for a dividend discount model, but definitely have a good understanding on the high level process if valuation as you may see a question about valuing an item or thing.
