MBA after 10 Years of experience

Hi,
I am starting my MBA this Fall @ Schulich, after 10+ years of financial service experience in Bangladesh. My expertise lies in Operations Management, Operations Analysis, Project Management & Automation. I have a Masters in Economics degree and passed CFA level 1.

What should be my strategy to break into IB roles in Canada?
