What were the most difficult or unexpected interview questions asked?:
Really did not have any difficult questions. Tell me about yourself in every interview. Every interview I was asked to explain previous internships and/or organizations I'm apart of at school. Got asked a stock pitch in one because I'm in an investment club at school and spoke about a recent pitch. Guided the conversation towards starting my own business and spent the majority of conversations talking about that. No technical questions from the guides were asked which was really surprising because I had prepped so much.

Overall, how would you describe your interview experience?:
Very Positive
Please describe the interview / hiring process.:
Rutgers alumni and MD reached out to set up a phone interview. Interviewed with her and another guy in Securitization Finance on the phone. Conversational/behavioral questions to get to know me more, no technicals. Invited to superday couple weeks later. At the superday, had three back-to-back-to-back 30 minute interviews with one VP and two MDs. Again, very behavioral, spoke a lot about the experiences on my resume. Basically no technicals. Got the offer a week later and had a month to accept.
