Tips to Senior Management:
Do not staff interns with notoriously inconsiderate associates; this led select interns to hate their experience during certain times of the summer, desperately wanting not to return. Moreover, this limited interns’ learning until they got staffed with a decent ot great associate who was willing to understand learning curves. This definitely led to mixed feelings about returning and the leve of guidance offered.

Happiness (Pros):
Great people. Analysts were more than understanding to all interns’ limited knowledge at the start of the internship. Getting staffed on projects and working closely with single analysts made for an intimate learning experiece whereby we could email, chat in person, or skype chat our projects’ respective full time analysts. There were two assessments: building a DCF and advising on whether or not a conglomerate should acquire a smaller company. Full time offers were determined on the success of these two assessments and general materials output success for each project interns were staffed on.
