Typical M&I 400 questions, read through them and you will be fine, DCF (EBIT to FCFF, DSO-TSM questions), WACC, Multiple questions, focused a lot on my past finance internships and what I did. Any experience measuring synergies. Trading comps and why they were valued that way. Would also focus on Acc/Dill qns and concepts behind them. Working capital items, if you increased AP/Inventory/AP what's the effect on FCF and valuation? Discount rate, how do you measure ERP, how do you value a goldmine.
