First received an online assessment that tests analysis. Followed up with a job simulator where you are faced with challenges and you must answer back. Finally, I had an on-campus interview with two people.

How did you answer each of these questions (please be specific)?: 
Weaknesses were too focused on the details, too perfectionist, and too risk averse. I listed these out because they were weaknesses which at the same time were not horrible weaknesses. I made sure to mention how I could fix it. In terms of tennis balls, it was primarily about thought process. I counted how many tennis balls fit in me and then from there I continued to expand and worked on my multiplication until I finally came up with my answer. Interviewer said his answer would just be an estimate.
