this is an unpaid internship. also, it is somewhat disorganized in that management does not do a very good job of communicating with the interns. i only spoke on the phone with my director one time all semester. the rest of the communication was weekly emails that he often did not respond to, so i had no idea if they were getting my reports.

communicate more with the interns. maybe set up biweekly calls with interns for mentoring, training, etc. also, if you paid the interns you would get a much better result.
