Sadness (Cons): 
Work is extremely unpredictable from time to time. Very few seniors respect protected weekends and often put off lots of immediate work until late in the evening. Would like to see a clearer path to the end goal instead of many unnecessary bumps in the road.

Tips to Senior Management: 
More respect for workflow and less procrastination. Lots of room for improvements in efficiency and structuring deal teams. Need to put a greater emphasis in regards to not duplicating work for certain deals and losing time.

Happiness (Pros): 
The firm has a great interest in retaining and training top talent. Emphasis on internal mobility throughout each division and global offices. One firm where I truly believe I can spend my entire career, while being in multiple different divisions and cities. Culture is extremely upbeat and flat, can have a great relationship form Analysts to MD's very easily.
