What were the most difficult or unexpected interview questions asked?:
I can’t remember any particularly difficult ones. They were all pretty run-of-the-mill behavioral questions. I recall “Tell me about a time you showed leadership,” “Tell me about a time you worked on a team,” “Tell me about a time you failed and what you learned.” The only technical question I received was extremely simple. The interviewer said he was just asking me to make sure I knew some accounting since I listed an accounting course on my resume. It was “What is located at the top of a cash flow statement?”

Overall, how would you describe your interview experience?:
Very Positive
Please describe the interview / hiring process.:
I submitted an application online and was notified a few weeks later that I had been selected for an interview in New York. It was a two day process. The first day was a first round interview with two associates. In the afternoon, they notified me that I had made it to the final round. The next day I had two interviews, one with an MD and one with a director. Everyone was extremely nice, and I received almost no technical questions.

How did you answer each of these questions (please be specific)?:
They were standard behavioral questions, so I gave pretty standard answers from my experiences. For teamwork, I discussed a group presentation for a language class. For leadership, I discussed being the captain of a sports team. For failure, I talked about procrastinating an extracurricular project and trying to salvage it at the last moment but failing. Our group ended up having nothing to present, and the same was the worst feeling I ever experienced. I learned to never be half-hearted about any commitment. Net income is at the top of the cash flow statemenr.
