Oxford/Cambridge/LSE -> US?

Hi Y'all.

I wanted to know if it was possible to go from Oxford/Cambridge/LSE to the US. I'm going to the UK this year to study econ as an undergrad (I am an american citizen) because it was cheaper, I can graduate quicker, and I want to go into law. However, looking at law school costs, and doing a ton of research on banking (what it is, the hours/lifestyle, the pay), I feel like banking seems like a good place to spend a couple of years before law school. However, I want to work in the US.

Is it possible to get a job as an investment banker in the US if I study in the UK?
