Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I got introduced by a recruitment agency (RD recruitment). After my CV/CL was evaluated, I was sent a personality and IQ/Psychometric test. You need to score at least 80% on those tests. After that, I had all interviews (two interviews each with two associates/VP) in one day.
