Follow-up Twice After Superday? Advice

Had a superday last Friday and was told I would get notified shortly as they wanted to wrap it all up before September 8. 

I didn't receive any news so I sent a follow up on September 9 just thanking the seniors and briefly mentioned that I want to work there. Got a thank you response on the same day and was told I would be notified shortly. 

I haven't received news yet and it seems like they possibly gave the offer to a candidate and that I'm on hold. I was told to let them know if my other interviews are developing. I have another superday and first round early next week. Should I send another follow up mentioning this? They are my first choice.
