Applying to Borderline Positions

I'm a senior looking for full time positions in IB and I had a question about applying to positions like the one below that aren't specifically aimed at students. The position says it requires one year of experience in investment banking. Would an internship cover that? Would it hurt potential future applications if I applied to this position or others like it?
