Using + on number pad when modeling?wantthedreamSeptember 19, 2020 - 1:11pm

Hello everyone-- When working in Excel, I have a habit of using the + key on my number pad when creating cell references.I find it much faster to hit the number pad + and then use the crtl + arrow keys to navigate to my desired reference. I also tend to use it for basic arithmetic between reference cells, but I don't use it for logic formulas. As I have been practicing financial modeling for IB, all the courses I have taken (including WSO) have referred to every time saving trick under the sun except for this one. Is there a reason why? Is that a faux pas/bad practice when modeling? It doesn't interfere with using -- to force Boolean results to 1/0, but are there any situations in which it would cause a problem?
Thanks!
