Conflict of Interest after GS Superday?

Had superday for SA 2021 (IBD) yesterday, got a call today saying they would let me know in a week because they needed to do something additional in their system required by law... didn’t exactly catch what? I have a conflict of interest with GS but not with IBD that I indicated on my application. Is there any chance that this means I’m getting an offer but they need to clear the conflict of interest with legal dept. first?
