Lateral from F15 Venture Fund this summer to IB

I know it’s super late in the game, but just wanted to inquire if it’s too late to leverage my experience this summer at a F15 company’s venture fund to try and move into IB. Someone who interned in the venture fund of a much bigger company than mine (think FAGM) lateraled to BB IB, so I’m wondering if this is something doable for me or is it to late in the game now?
