Our small firm has a job available for a senior Analyst/junior Associate type. We don't want the (hopefully) unnecessary cost of a formal headhunter, but where do people job search for these types of positions these days? It's been several years since I've had to look. We've posted to top school alumni websites and WSO with limited response, not sure what the hot online resources are to reach this target audience? Thanks.
