I recently read somewhere that adderall is very common among analysts. Some have said it has become the legal cocaine for bankers.
Some are addicted to prescription drugs like Adderall or Ritalin. To cope, they resort to "depersonalization," a feeling of numbness toward the rest of the world. A few have been suicidal.
Is adderall prevalent on Wall Street. If so, does the positive effect of being more productive out weigh the negative side effect of the prescription drug?
