IBD SA 2016

Hi all,

I am hoping to join a BB for IBD SA role. I go to a target with a 4.0 GPA (difficult major) and have solid experience (buy side summer analyst position, big deal exposure). Assuming I have nothing else special on my resume, do you guys think I would be automatically screened into 1st round interviews? Or should I try to make my resume better going into recruiting season?

(Not a troll thread, serious comments only please.)
