Jefferies SA Interview

I have a summer analyst interview with Jefferies investment banking next week.

Any info on the firm, beyond that which can be googled?

I've gotten the impression that the culture is 'fratty', and not in a good way. They seem to have a particular distaste for non-targets (more so than other banks).
