Was talking to a few monkeys and the idea that anyone who goes from an EB to BB is actually bucking the trend and probably missing out on the upside that an EB purportedly gives.
Does anyone out there have a strong opinion one way or another? From what I can tell the EB provides better pay and better work life where as the BB could provide a more "balanced banking experience". Trying to get a sense of what things one should consider if given the opportunity to leave a EB at the Associate and higher level to the BB.
