I was wondering if anybody had any information on the final steps of the interview process at RBC Capital Markets?
I recently had three rounds of interviews at RBC. The first round was with the recruiter, mainly fit and high level market questions. The second round was with 3 people, VP/Director/Analyst. I was called back the same afternoon to setup an interview for the subsequent morning. The next day I met with 4 managing directors, including the head of the group.
This is for an entry level analyst position in capital markets. I wanted to see if people had any similar experiences and how it went for you?
Also, more than happy to answer any questions about the process I have had.
