Group placement day coming up, summer analyst.
Who makes the actual decision regarding which interns will be in the group?
I assume that a VP and then a bunch of associates and analysts from each group will be present....
Am I correct in assuming that no one at the director or MD level will be bothering with summer analyst placement day?
