Recruiting for PE from BB in Toronto

Hey Everyone,

I'm currently an analyst at a BB in Toronto. I'm interested in going the PE route once my 2 year analyst stint is over. I'm wondering what the best strategy for recruiting for PE in the US is, or if anyone has done it and has advice.
