What were the most difficult or unexpected interview questions asked?:
Got the standard questions like walk me through your resume and background info (where are you from, why the school you attend, why did you chose your major). No real technical questions. They asked me about my involvement in the on-campus investment club. Asked me to explain investment banking and what I knew about the firm, like what types of deals, what industries. Let me ask a bunch of questions at the end relating to their jobs. Nothing was really difficult as long as you read the guides out there.

How did you answer each of these questions (please be specific)?:
I have all the basic questions polished, so I just rolled through those and they would ask a couple questions about each topic. I emphasized my interest in investing and finance – how I have taken all the finance electives at my school despite there not being a formal finance major for undergrads. I prepped the questions about the firm itself by reading the website completely and using google news searches to find press releases to get an idea of what types of deals they do. All very simple stuff.
