If known, what % of interns received full time offers?:
100%
Sadness (Cons):
The deal flow over the summer was wayyy above what the office was used to - so they were definitely understaffed - meaning everyone (especially interns) were working at 100mph. But that's definitely better than working long hours doing boring or meaningless work.

Industry Detail:
Investment Banking
Happiness (Pros):
The seniors at the bank were very helpful, open to discussion, and reasonable.
The junior bankers also worked very hard to mentor the summer analysts.
The deals were generally with very interesting, "sexy" companies - and the amount of pointless work was minimized.
Overall, very intellectually stimulating and had a great sense of camaraderie, especially with other interns.
