What were the most difficult or unexpected interview questions asked?:
Nothing was really too different or unexpected. Standard technical questions ($10 depreciation, most important statement, what is WACC, etc.) If you've prepped for technicals at all you should be fine. For fit, they were primarily "tell me about a time..." and a few followup questions based on the story. Also, obviously "walk me through your resume" and they grilled me a bit on a few points. I'm not sure if that was standard or if they wanted to make sure my resume was legit so ymmv. It seemed like the most generic IB interview possible. If you've done the 400 questions you should be fine.

Please describe the interview / hiring process.:
Networked with ~5 alumni from my school who currently work there. Resume dropped online & got called for a phone screen three weeks (I think) later. Did a hirevue and got a superday. There were four rotations during the superday, one technical and the other three personality based.

How did you answer each of these questions (please be specific)?:
It felt like I literally could've just ripped answers straight out of the 400 questions quide. For the $10 depreciation, it was just net income goes down by 10*(1-t), that flows into CFS (also the most important statement) and the deprecation affects PP&E. WACC is weighted average cost of capital and it's % equity based on capital structure * cost of equity + % equity based on cap. structure *cost of debt * (1 - tax rate). Like I said, the most generic technical questions possible. Fit/walk me through your resume is obviously more personal so I don't want to share too many details. But just have STAR stories prepared and be ready for questions about why you made certain decisions and if you think there were any better outcomes that could've happened.
