What were the most difficult or unexpected interview questions asked?:
Nothing was really difficult, but the most unexpected question was "Tell me about a time you were philanthropic?" Honestly had no idea what to answer since I don't have or make any money but I assumed it was asking if I have participated in any community service so I just went ahead and answered the question like that. The interviewer accepted the answer so I guess it was fine. My best advice is just to ask for further clarification and then give something that you think works and if it doesn't then try again.

How did you answer each of these questions (please be specific)?:
I just answered that in the last post. But I guess overall with behavioral interviews like this one, just have example stories that you can morph into answers--either from your resume or just from prior experience. Often times now I'll just wing it when it comes to behaviorals because they are repetitive and once you have a few stories you can just recycle them for certain questions. In the few times that you get outside the box questions try to think outside of the interview. Sometimes I'll answer a behavioral and not be too satisfied and then when the interview is done think "damn, why didn't I say that." It's called l'esprit de l'escalier.
