Any good online education courses that helped your career?

My company/ firm offers $5,000 of educational credit each year that we can apply to any courses that helps with our careers. I'm curious if anyone has done any online courses that you'll recommend. I've been interested in learning more about the legal documentation of M&A, but haven't found anything that matches that. So I'm exploring other courses that may be beneficial.
