Switch of Major?

Currently, I'm majoring in Mathematical Science, with a concentration in Financial Mathematics, and because of the coursework I'll have completed, I'll also have an embedded minor in Finance in my Math major degree. But I've been contemplating how helpful the degree will really be. I've been considering changing my majors and applying for the Finance Honors program at my university. And I've pretty much completed enough math coursework to constitute a Math minor. I understand a quantitative degree in Math would be much more beneficial for a transition into the buy-side, but honestly speaking, I don't think I'm at that point yet where I'm 100% sure that the buy-side is where I want to end up.

So my options are:

BS Mathematical Science, concentration in Financial Mathematics, minor in Finance

or

BS Finance Honors, minor in Mathematics

Any and all insight is much appreciated!
