Is it time to give up? Need some advice

I'm a Junior at Rutgers Newark. Pretty much non target. 3.15 GPA. I want to do banking but I have a low GPA and I'm at a non target. Is it time to give up or should I continue pursuing my dreams? If I can continue, what are some ways?
